Business Development Manager

myGwork, an inclusive employer and a member of the LGBTQ+ business community, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Direct Sales team.
About the RoleThis role involves onboarding and growing marque Brands and Brand partners as direct sellers onto the Amazon marketplace. You will be responsible for driving strategic conversations, working backwards from account acquisition goals, and implementing growth strategies for named Enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to business strategy development, identify target Enterprise accounts to pitch, align relevant stakeholders for marketplace sales strategy, and onboard the account for selling on Amazon.
- Drive complex sets of input and output metrics that deliver quicker growth, improve the End-customer & Enterprise experience, and enable scalability of business in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with Enterprises in your portfolio along with internal stakeholders, acting as a team-player, trusted advisor, and business advocate.
- Use customer feedbacks, market growth trends, and analyze key metrics to contribute to the development of features and programs that accelerate Enterprise account's growth and improve their collaboration with Amazon.
This role would be part of the Direct Sales team, responsible for onboarding and growth of marque Brands and Brand partners as direct sellers onto Amazon marketplace.
Requirements- 4+ years of sales experience.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas.
- Experience in e-commerce.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
The salary range for this position is estimated based on industry standards and the level of experience required. The actual salary may vary depending on individual qualifications and company factors.
