About the Role
Gophers Lab, a leading IT software development company, is seeking a Business Development Lead to expand its client base. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects quickly. Key responsibilities include lead generation, prospecting, data management, outreach campaigns, communication, follow-up, and collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.

Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound lead generation, preferably in the IT services industry. A good understanding of requirements gathering, meeting scheduling, email drafting, and CRM systems is required. Strong English communication skills are necessary for interacting with international clients regularly. The salary range for this position is ₹12-18 Lakhs per annum.
