Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our Net2Source Inc. team. This role focuses on driving business growth through lead generation and sales.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients, developing outreach strategies, and qualifying leads to support our sales objectives. A strong background in CRM management and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:- Lead Identification: Utilize various tools and databases to research and identify potential clients in the EOR market.
- Prospecting: Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to engage with potential leads through emails, calls, social media, and networking events.
- Qualifying Leads: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the target profile.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and timely information on lead interactions and status.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new lead opportunities.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, progress, and outcomes.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in lead generation, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the EOR or HR services industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (Hub Spot), strong research and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
