Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Lead at Wealthwise Financial Services in Noida. The Business Development Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Managing a sales team to ensure they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Building strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth and contribute to the overall success of the sales department
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Sales Strategy Development and Sales Team Management skills
  • Sales Target Achievement and Market Analysis abilities
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Customer Service Orientation and Problem-Solving capabilities
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Certifications in Sales or Financial Planning would be beneficial
