Job Title: Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Lead to join our team at Propshop Real Estate Consultant.

About the Role:

The primary focus of this role is on prospecting new accounts for assigned projects, towards meeting revenue goals. As the Site Head and senior brand representative, you will be responsible for overall team performance, capability development, and managing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a highly driven team of sales professionals to identify leads, seek business opportunities, and develop strong client relationships towards effective sales.
  • Collaborate with all other Vertical Leads, Marketing Head, and Strategy Leads to achieve overall sales revenue and business targets.
  • Direct the team's efforts towards consistent sourcing and closing to acquire new business and manage clients in collaboration.
  • Actively follow through on potential deals, play a key role during various stages of customer engagement till delivery, and provide guidance for query resolution.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Real Estate sales is a must (Residential/Commercial projects).
  • Strategic thinking and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with others.
  • Commitment to providing the best customer service.
  • Proactive mindset, with a strong orientation to drive business results in an agile manner.
  • Cost consciousness, in line with our culture of being economic value creators.
Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
