About the Role

As a key member of our strategic initiatives team, you will partner with executive leadership to drive market research and domain/technology point of views. This involves collaborating closely with practice leaders to develop practice and domain capability collaterals, supporting end-to-end pre-sales cycles, and managing deal responses.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with executive leadership to inform business development strategies
  • Collaborate with practice leaders to design and deliver training programs for sales teams
  • Support sales teams in preparing bid responses and proposals
  • Manage sections of deal responses, including solution architecture, pricing, case studies, and value propositions

Mandatory Requirements/Skills

  • Postgraduate degree from a premier business school with a minimum GPA of 7.0/10
  • Up to 2 years of experience in similar roles
  • Relevant experience in technology areas such as AI/GenAI is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
