
Key Business Development Strategist

As a key member of our strategic initiatives team, you will partner with executive leadership to drive market research and domain/technology point of views. This involves collaborating closely with practice leaders to develop practice and domain capability collaterals, supporting end-to-end pre-sales cycles, and managing deal responses.
- Develop strategic partnerships with executive leadership to inform business development strategies
- Collaborate with practice leaders to design and deliver training programs for sales teams
- Support sales teams in preparing bid responses and proposals
- Manage sections of deal responses, including solution architecture, pricing, case studies, and value propositions
Mandatory Requirements/Skills
- Postgraduate degree from a premier business school with a minimum GPA of 7.0/10
- Up to 2 years of experience in similar roles
- Relevant experience in technology areas such as AI/GenAI is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
