Business Growth Strategist


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Growth Strategist to drive our growth through business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals with mid to large enterprise clients.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and hiring managers
  • Work closely with the business team to align client needs
  • Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 2-7 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong understanding of the IT services landscape, technologies, and staffing models
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
