
Strategic Business Development Manager

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through operational development, profit and loss management, technical selling, and brand achievement.
A critical aspect of this role is to monitor performance against targets, ensuring that sales growth and profitability are aligned with business objectives.
Effective contract deviation management and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for each client are also essential responsibilities.
To drive continuous growth in sales, the ideal candidate should be able to implement relevant health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) procedures within units.
Establishing profitable client relationships through regular interactions with key decision-makers is vital for long-term success.
Additionally, the individual will be responsible for reviewing delivery metrics for the region and identifying development needs of direct reports through internal or external training.
Analyzing the competitive landscape and providing strategic insights for the marketing and communications team will also be a key responsibility.
Focusing on these areas will enable the company to achieve its goals and maintain a strong market presence.
