As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
About the Role:This is a pivotal opportunity to join our team and play a key role in shaping our business strategy. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong partnerships with key clients, and delivering exceptional service and support.
Main Responsibilities:- New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship-building
- Client Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key clients, delivering exceptional service and support
- Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate and agree contracts with clients that meet their needs while also ensuring alignment with company goals
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or a related field
- Skillset: Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex client needs
