Business Development Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth for our AI-powered SaaS product in the education sector.

  • This role involves engaging with school decision-makers through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and deal closure.
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • A successful candidate will have a strong track record of sales performance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage leads effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers at schools and educational institutions.
  • Demonstrate AI-powered SaaS product features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and nurture leads.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in education or EdTech).
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, tactics, and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
