Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth for our AI-powered SaaS product in the education sector.
- This role involves engaging with school decision-makers through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and deal closure.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- A successful candidate will have a strong track record of sales performance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage leads effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at schools and educational institutions.
- Demonstrate AI-powered SaaS product features and benefits to potential clients.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in education or EdTech).
