Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our software development services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.

Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into long-term business relationships.

Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored software solutions.

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.

Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and regularly update CRM systems.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetups to expand the company's presence.

Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals.

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development performance.

Requirements:

Proven track record as a BDM or similar role in the IT/software services industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT services.

Ability to understand client pain points and offer appropriate solutions. Marketing, IT, or related field.

Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management platforms.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in B2B sales for SaaS,Pass Web & Mobile App Development, Cloud, or Digital Transformation solutions.

Understanding of global IT markets (especially US, UK, Middle East).

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans effectively.
