Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BFSI industry, particularly in retail banking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to increase business growth.

Requirements
  • Experience & Knowledge:
    • Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in retail banking.
    • Professional experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends.
