Job Description:

As a Business Technology Strategist, you will serve as a liaison between IT and business consumers, customers, and stakeholders across various markets. You will bring a deep understanding of opportunities and issues facing your business function and advise on the best solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business strategies, opportunities, threats, and needs into IT product requirements.
  • Play a key role in specifying, testing, and deploying IT solutions.
  • Contribute to IT strategy under the guidance of senior leads and managers.
  • Analyze, document, and test program development, logic, process flows, and specifications.
  • Document training materials for product areas.
  • Deliver training to end-users, deployment, and support teams.
  • Support analysis and resolution of solution issues.
  • Design business scenarios and use cases for products.
  • Work with IT product managers to define minimum viable products (MVPs).
  • Secure early business feedback on MVPs.
  • Identify gaps in existing functionalities and opportunities for process automation.
  • Prototype, configure, test, document, and implement Kronos Time solutions.
  • Provide consultancy and drive project/solution implementation.
  • Collaborate with functions and stakeholders to deliver business needs via technology.
  • Work with business partners to conduct/support paper-based design, POCs, solutioning sessions, and MVP testing.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to offshore and market teams.
  • Engage with BAs, product managers, and solution architects to ensure alignment with overall enterprise solutions.
