Product Manager Role Overview

The IT and D Product Manager will be a driving force behind the company's product vision, championing cyber security and defining technology strategies. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to guide the innovation of consumer-loved products.

This role requires a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise. As a global team member, you'll own your projects and processes from start to finish, with influence and visibility to achieve results.

About the Product Manager

This position is responsible for the product vision, strategy, and end-to-end value delivery across the full product lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and how they can be fulfilled through future product increments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement short and long-term detailed product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Own and deliver end-to-end projects using agreed project methodology
  • Manage prioritized product backlog and product dependencies based on overall strategy, business objectives, and customer/end-user needs
  • Continuously improve product performance through regular reports on adoption rates, customer survey results, and service performance metrics
  • Ensure security compliance and risk-management across entire product scope
  • Resource planning and budget management
  • Act as primary communicator and link between all stakeholders, including customers, end-users, business community, development team, system/solution architects, and PMO
  • Coach team members to focus on business value by delivering product increments in a flexible work environment

Requirements:

  • 9 years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of the product/software delivery lifecycle
  • Experience in working with core HR systems - Talent Acquisition and Onboarding experience desirable
  • Abreast of the latest market trends and how this translates into product opportunities and challenges
  • Experience in leading cross-functional/diverse teams to achieve results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for developing product use cases and determining associated impact
