We are looking for a sales enablement professional who can thrive in a fast-paced ecosystem where innovation, speed, and user-centric product thinking are the norms.
Responsibilities
- Map the company's sales process with the customer's buying process to enhance sales velocity and conversion rates.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive sales enablement roadmap.
- Establish metrics and objectives for sales enablement and make recommendations for increasing sales productivity.
- Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily accessible.
- Create and update playbooks based on seller feedback and shifting market demands.
- Help create a development program for frontline managers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to lead their sales teams effectively.
- Roll out a comprehensive onboarding program.
- Partner with sales leadership to establish a sales competency and assessment framework.
- Participate in the selection and implementation/deployment of technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support product launches by preparing and enabling sales reps to understand and communicate the value of our solution.
- Drive the adoption of sales methodologies.
- Be an active participant in delivering the Sales Kick-off.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of overall experience with 2-3 years of experience in a sales enablement role.
- Prior experience in a Sales or Product Marketing role would be a plus.
- Excellent listener and communicator with the ability to clearly communicate changes to all sales reps.
- Able to multitask and manage various projects spanning multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to keep the audience engaged in a virtual environment.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree preferred.
