• Utilize storytelling techniques to communicate complex sales concepts, enabling BDR teams to achieve shared goals and drive business success.

• Analyze the impact of sales enablement initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly, demonstrating an analytical mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools is a plus, allowing for seamless integration and optimization of sales processes.
