Sales Enablement Specialist Job Description

Zycus is a pioneer in Cognitive Procurement software, trusted by large global enterprises for two decades. We're seeking a highly tech-savvy leader to empower our Marketing and Sales teams with the right content and technology stack to effectively sell our current and new product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver onboarding, training, and certification programs for Sales and Presales teams.
  • Deploy and manage sales enablement tools and platforms, including CRM, Content Management, Revenue Forecasting, Conversational AI, Learning Management Systems, and Demo Automation.
  • Implement enablement programs, training, and coaching to enhance sales skills and productivity.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Zycus' business model, processes, and product attributes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure exceptional sales performance, achieving sales, retention, and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • A strong inclination to learn and implement new technology-driven sales methodologies.
  • Ability to work with numbers, reports, and insights.
  • Experience in sales enablement, sales coaching/mentoring, sales operations, content creation, or sales.
  • Sales-oriented and customer-success-driven mindset.
  • Previous experience in sales/marketing within a SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Ability to develop structured action plans to drive tangible outcomes from a broad vision.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to lead and influence others without direct authority.
