Job Opportunity

At 2coms, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our sales enablement team, you will be responsible for designing and developing effective training materials and coaching sessions for our Business Development Representatives (BDRs).

Key Responsibilities
• Develop a deep understanding of BDR responsibilities and the sales process, with the ability to translate this knowledge into engaging training materials and coaching sessions.

• Utilize your graphic and creative sensibilities to visualize content elements and work collaboratively with our creative team.

• Leverage your excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and motivate our BDR team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.

• Employ storytelling techniques to communicate complex ideas and enable our BDR teams to achieve shared goals.

• Analyze the impact of sales enablement initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly, utilizing your analytical mindset and familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
