Job Title: School Franchise Expansion Manager

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with potential business partners. You will be responsible for expanding our pre-school franchise, identifying new business opportunities and locations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business partnerships for expansion of pre-school franchise.
  • Conduct market research and location analysis to identify suitable areas for new centers.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies through marketing activities.
  • Present business proposals to potential partners and negotiate agreements.
  • Evaluate prospect profiles to ensure suitability as a business partner.
  • Design and implement marketing strategies to acquire new franchises.
  • Monitor and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners and coordinate smooth operations of franchise centers.
  • Build and maintain a strong brand presence in target markets.
  • Ensure high-quality academic processes and delivery meet company standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry market intelligence.
Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Postgraduate degree in Management (Operations/Sales) or equivalent experience (5-7 years) in franchise/sales/institutional sales.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A high level of focus, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Strong networking and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
