
Director of Admissions and Business Development

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our admission efforts and drive business growth.
The successful candidate will own and deliver center-level admission targets, align sales, marketing & academic teams, and lead Sales Executives, Marketing Managers & Center Teams.
- Admissions & Business Growth:
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize student enrollments.
- Drive revenue growth by streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Cultivate a culture of teamwork, discipline & high performance.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Create engaging BTL campaigns to attract students.
- Monitor ROI of campaigns and optimize for better outcomes.
- Business Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned centers.
- Ensure seamless coordination between teams.
- Strategy & Reporting:
- Analyze admissions data & market trends to inform future plans.
- Identify new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have 6+ years in Sales & Marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role, and experience in EdTech or related fields.
