Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality analysts to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data related to quality control processes to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, quality management, or engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and improving process efficiency.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in quality supervisory roles or 4 years of experience in quality analyst roles.
  • Familiarity with quality management frameworks and standards such as ISO 9001 and Six Sigma.
