Job Title: Quality Assurance Professional

The client is a leading robotics company that specializes in the development of intelligent, self-climbing robots designed to clean skyscraper windows efficiently and effectively.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance processes as we transition from development to large-scale production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective quality strategies for hardware and software.
  • Oversee testing, validation, inspection, and compliance processes across various teams.
  • Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and supplier teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the quality assurance team to achieve excellence.
  • Drive ISO certifications and regulatory compliance through rigorous implementation.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in quality control/assurance, preferably in robotics or aerospace.
  • Strong expertise in both hardware and software quality management.
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and AI-powered systems is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, or related fields.
