
Senior Business Development Manager

This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. As a Client Relationship Director, you will be responsible for managing multiple client relationships and designing organizational health risk management and wellness programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients to design their organizational health risk management and wellness programs.
- Prepare implementation plans, define roles of responsible parties, and bring in appropriate health management vendors.
- Design and plan every aspect of the health risk management program implementation, including employee communication.
- Supervise the launch of the health risk management programs.
- Supervise operation of all health risk management projects and make changes in design and/or vendors as necessary.
- Lead and manage multiple HRM/H&W consulting client engagements.
- Develop a trusted and strong consultant relationship with client contacts through timely and right advice and efficient, quality execution of projects.
- MBA from a reputed B-School.
- 5+ years of proven working experience in General insurance industry.
- Ability to manage diverse client cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients.
- Corporate Relationship Management/Business Solution Provider from a service background.
- Domain knowledge necessary, especially aviation, aerospace, and reinsurance.
