Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager/Senior Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the entire process of lead management, sales, and business development for your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire process of lead management, sales, and business development for the region.
  • Ensure 100% coverage in the assigned territory and track other key parameters.
  • Develop and implement client acquisition campaigns and lead generation strategies to build a flagship brand for property services in the respective region.
  • Provide market intelligence, data analytics, and insights to the Marketing team to launch the right promotional and customer communication initiatives.
  • Accountable for achieving targets in the designated areas.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
  • Graduation or post-graduation degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales.
  • Experience working in a real estate business.
  • An outgoing personality and confidence with dexterity in creating and delivering presentations.
  • Resilience and persistence.
  • Passion for selling and dexterity in communicating with people at all levels.
