Key Business Development Position

We are a leading IT services company seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Consultant to develop and execute strategies that accelerate deal closures, improve engagement with CXO-level decision makers, and expand global business opportunities.

About the Role

  • You will act as a senior consultant to our leadership team, designing and implementing sales playbooks that shorten lead closure cycles.
  • This includes refining our go-to-market strategy, optimizing lead qualification, improving engagement with CXO-level decision makers, and building repeatable sales processes for domestic and international markets.

Job Description:

  1. Analyze current sales process and identify bottlenecks delaying closures.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to reach decision makers (CXOs, VPs, Procurement heads).
  3. Design qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDICC) for consistent pipeline management.
  4. Structure and package service offerings into PoCs, pilots, and tiered proposals that encourage faster sign-off.
  5. Train internal sales & account teams on effective discovery, pitching, and follow-up.
  6. Support international expansion with tailored messaging for US/EU markets vs Indian markets.
  7. Build case studies, ROI-driven collateral, and executive-level decks.
  8. Advise on CRM discipline (HubSpot/Zoho) and automation of follow-ups.
  9. Provide mentorship on sales cadence, negotiation, and closing techniques.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B IT services sales / consulting.
  • Proven track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals.
  • Strong understanding of cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, ERP, or digital transformation services.
  • Experience selling in both Indian and international markets (US/EU preferred).
  • Excellent network and ability to open doors with senior executives.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Expertise in CRM tools like HubSpot and Zoho.
