Fundraising Strategist

Job Title

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Fundraising Strategist to lead our capital-raising efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to raise funds for real estate investment projects in India across various real asset classes.

About the Role

• Developing and executing fundraising plans to meet business objectives
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry experts
• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends
• Creating compelling proposals and pitches to secure funding
• Networking and building relationships with key contacts in the industry
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Providing regular reporting and updates to senior management

Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate fundraising, preferably in India
• Strong industry connections and networks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Financial acumen and understanding of real estate investment principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
