We are seeking a skilled and motivated business growth strategist to drive expansion in designated regions, manage key accounts, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management:
    • Develop and maintain B2B relationships with educational institutions, ensuring consistent engagement and smooth communication.
  • Business Expansion:
    • Take ownership of growth initiatives in assigned regions (Delhi/NCR, Pune, Bangalore, etc.) by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
    • Work closely with clients to onboard new institutions, develop tailored solutions, and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Onboarding New Colleges and Universities:
    • Lead the onboarding process, providing expert guidance and support to ensure a seamless transition.
    • Facilitate client understanding of our platform's capabilities and benefits.
  • Training & Development:
    • Provide comprehensive training and support to clients, empowering them to maximize the platform's potential.
    • Maintain accurate CRM systems to track progress, client issues, and feedback.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    • Regularly analyze growth metrics and ensure goals are met through timely updates and insights.
    • Share performance data with internal teams and clients, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.
  • CRM Handling:
    • Ensure CRM systems are up-to-date and accurate, facilitating effective client management.
    • Address client queries promptly and efficiently, delivering excellent resolution outcomes.
