Job Title: Customer Service Executive

As a customer service executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless execution of shipments. Your key responsibilities include coordinating with customers, shipping lines, and forwarders to deliver cargo in good condition.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you have experience in freight industry recruitment agencies or freight industry placement agencies, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, and forwarders for executing shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, including notifications, tariffs, and laws.
  • Work with transporters to deliver cargo in good condition to respective Customs Freight Stations (CFS).
  • Collaborate with documentation and operations teams for filing documents and import customs clearance.
  • Coordinate with Delivery Operations teams for releasing delivery orders, updating DSRs, and sending to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in freight industry recruitment agencies or freight industry placement agencies is an added advantage.
