Job Title:

Pricing Executive


This role involves coordinating freight forwarding requirements for clients, handling customer issues, and providing solutions. As a Pricing Executive, you will be responsible for managing bookings, rate requests, and rate filings.


The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the freight industry, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.


You will serve as a primary communication link between customers, external parties, and various functional areas within our company. This includes keeping customers informed about shipment arrivals, departures, and delivery status.


Responsibilities include managing client freight requirements, coordinating bookings and rate requests, tracking and tracing shipments, and auditing import and export transactions. Additionally, you will need to handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.


We are seeking an experienced Pricing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
