Air Freight Sales Lead

We are seeking a results-driven sales leader to head our air freight sales vertical. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of air freight operations and proven expertise in sales within the freight forwarding industry.
The successful candidate will lead and manage air freight sales across the region, develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets, identify and expand key customer accounts, and build long-term relationships.
The job also involves tracking market trends and conducting competitor analysis to guide business development, mentoring and managing a team of sales professionals, coordinating closely with operations and customer service teams for seamless delivery, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, and preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience in Air Freight Sales
- A minimum of 15-18 years of overall experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry
- Strong track record in Sales, leadership skills, and industry-specific knowledge of air freight
