Lead Commercial Banking Circle Head

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Lead Commercial Banking Circle Head. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the commercial banking business across the country.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is ₹15-20 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. As a valued employee, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities- Develop business relationships with commercial banking customers to increase top-line revenue, fee income, and net interest income.
- Achieve targets set for individual products like Working Capital (WC), Bank Guarantee (BG), Letter of Credit (LC), Over Draft (OD), Demand Overdraft (DOD), Trade Forex, and Time Deposit (TOD).
- Establish and strengthen relations with key customers to enhance credit relationships and generate sustained business.
- Identify and convert potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration.
- Deepen existing relationships by cross-selling liability and asset products to new and existing customers.
- Maintain a healthy portfolio and monitor delinquency rates.
- Ensure optimal limit utilization by clients.
- Monitor proposals for renewal and be part of the sanctioning process, including Loan Credit Committee (LCC) involvement.
- Interact/liaise with various departments to ensure smooth delivery of credit and other services.
- Ensure audit-related deliverables, both internal and external, meet prescribed norms.
- Comply with due processes and guidelines.
- Create a performance-oriented environment leading to high employee motivation and productivity.
- Ensure staffing requirements are met and adequate training is provided to staff on bank products, sales processes, and policies.
- Graduate/Post Graduate with at least 5 years of people leadership experience and a total of 18-20 years of experience engaging with credit/sales functions.
