**Job Title:** Commercial Business Development Lead - Building & Infrastructures Service Line

**Location:** Ahmedabad

We are seeking an experienced commercial business development lead to join our team in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities in the building and infrastructure sector.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the building and infrastructure sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective relationship-building and networking with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development initiatives.

**Requirements:

  • 12-16 years of experience in commercial business development or a related field.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the geography of Gujarat and MP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

**Compensation Package:

The successful candidate can expect a highly competitive salary of ₹20-30 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
