- Job Description:
- As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets by mentoring and driving the sales team to meet their numbers through strategic partnerships with Intermediary Financial Advisers (IFAs), Franchisees, and Remisier Channels.
- Engage with key stakeholders to promote our investment products, including Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Unlisted Shares, Equity Advisory, and Bonds.
- Conduct seminars and training sessions for Franchisees and their clients on various investment products, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
- Identify and recruit potential new Franchisees and IFAs, managing and driving the regional sales team to meet performance targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards for Franchisees and IFAs in areas such as sales support, query resolution, product training, and client seminars.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive sales growth and expand market presence.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience in investment products, preferably through IFA and Franchisee channels.
- 2+ years of team handling experience.
- Domain knowledge: understanding of market trends, trade knowledge, and indirect channel expertise.
- IT skills: MS Office and Business Intelligence Applications.
