Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing:

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to penetrate French-speaking markets, driving growth and revenue for EncureIT Systems Pvt Ltd.
  • Proactively identify potential leads, engage prospects, and convert them into valued clients, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners in French-speaking regions, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Create compelling presentations, proposals, and marketing materials in French, showcasing EncureIT Systems Pvt Ltd's expertise and value proposition.

Software Expertise:

  • Collaborate closely with the product team to understand software features and value propositions, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Present software solutions to potential clients, explaining how they meet client requirements and provide solutions to business challenges.
  • Provide training and onboarding support to clients, ensuring seamless software adoption and integration.

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Respond to client queries in French, resolving issues promptly and efficiently, and providing solutions to client concerns.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity in French-speaking regions, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for EncureIT Systems Pvt Ltd to expand its presence in French-speaking markets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve product offerings and marketing efforts in response to market research findings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum B1 level in French (both written and spoken), with B2 or higher preferred.
  • Any graduate with a strong academic background and relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
