Job Role:

  • Identify and research target senior HR leaders for outreach on a monthly cycle.
  • Build and nurture a database of relevant contacts from leading companies, tracking touchpoints for invitations.
  • Craft personalized emails and calls to invite CHROs, demonstrating value and relevance of each workshop or webinar.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align messaging and ensure invitation delivery reflects company objectives.
  • Manage follow-ups, track RSVPs, and address queries, ensuring a high attendance rate and positive guest experience.
  • Liaise with teams for digital content and campaign execution.
  • Provide post-event feedback, maintain contact relationships, and support long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with confident telephone and email etiquette.
  • Outgoing, professional, and persuasively engaging personality.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, able to handle multiple communication cycles and data tracking.
  • Knowledge or experience in HR, event management, sales, or marketing is highly advantageous.
  • Strong networking skills, comfortable approaching C-suite executives.
  • Ability to craft compelling event invitations for a senior audience.
  • Tech-savvy: able to use CRM tools and virtual event systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred; experience in business development, HR, or event management is a plus.
