Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - B2B / Corporate/ Institutional Sales in Kolkata. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as developing business opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, managing sales processes, and meeting sales targets. You'll be at the forefront of selling our top-tier recruitment services and creating opportunities for us to make a real impact on organizations looking to hire the best talent.

Key Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new corporate clients across diverse industries for recruitment and staffing services. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, CPO, Talent Acquisition teams and senior decision-makers.

Conduct market research to identify emerging industry and hiring trends and business opportunities. Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients and manage accounts. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with corporate clients.

Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings. Track sales metrics, generate reports, and optimize strategies for business growth. Pre-requisites:Bachelors/Masters degree in any discipline.1-7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisitionExperience in B2B or corporate sales.

Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills - you make an impact every time you speak. Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a strategic approach and be accountable on deliverables. Self-motivated, results driven, and ready to make a difference.
