About Company: An ISO certified Company is a diversified manufacturing and trading group in eastern India. They manufacture transmission line towers, railway electrification towers, hand pumps, Poles, PSCC inter locking concrete cement tiles and paraffin wax. They are also involved in the diversified trade in a range of goods and commodities including large Industrial supplies. They are now looking at Expanding overseas operations and forming joint ventures with companies in similar businesses Involved as bears. It would combines the benefits of a family run business and unite it with the Effectiveness of an international group. Currently have two open positions and would appreciate candidate:International sales/export experience required Exposure to projects or sectors like steel, EPC, or energy is a plus Preference for candidates with 7-8+ years at the same company Salary: As per Industry   A Business Development Manager - B2B responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth within a business-to-business context. This role involves market research, lead generation, sales strategy development, and collaboration with various internal teams.    Here's a detailed breakdown of the key responsibilities:   1. Market Research and Opportunity Identification: Conducting market research to identify potential clients, market segments, and growth opportunities. Analyzing industry trends, competitor activities, and market gaps to inform business development strategies. Utilizing data analytics tools to identify potential areas for growth and assess market entry strategies.    2. Lead Generation and Qualification: Generating leads through various channels, including networking, outbound outreach (cold calling, email marketing), and marketing collaborations. Qualifying leads to determine their potential and suitability for the business. Setting up meetings with prospects to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.    3. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Understanding client requirements and customizing solutions to meet their needs. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and addressing their inquiries and concerns.    4. Sales Strategy and Execution: Developing and presenting customized business proposals and pitch decks. Leading or supporting negotiations and closing strategic deals. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to align outreach strategies. Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly business development targets.    5. Reporting and Analysis: Maintaining detailed records of lead interactions and progress using CRM tools.  Preparing reports on sales activities, performance, and market trends.  Participating in review meetings to discuss progress and identify areas for improvement.    6. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions. Communicating effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally. Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.    7.
