LR Logistics is a leading logistics company seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion.
Job Summary:
We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the diagnostics sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
Analyze market trends and competitor activity
Manage and follow up with riders regarding their duty roster
Prepare client feedback reports
Create new clients by visiting various diagnostic sectors
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations, sales, marketing, and administration
MBA in Management or related field
Proven track record of business development and sales growth
Strong network and communication skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Results-driven and target-oriented
