About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager with strong expertise in presales, client success, enterprise account management, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technology consulting and business acumen, with proven success in global client acquisition, digital transformation projects, and strategic partnerships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years
of experience in
Business Development, Presales, and Client Success
roles. - Proven ability to manage
enterprise accounts and multi-million dollar deals
. - Strong expertise in
proposal creation, presales presentations, and solution consulting
. - Hands-on experience with
CRM & sales platforms. - Knowledge of
project management tools
. - Familiarity with
AI & automation solutions
for client success and workflow optimization. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead
presales activities
including proposals, RFIs/RFQs, and client presentations. - Build and manage
client relationships
to ensure retention, renewals, and upselling. - Collaborate with delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Identify and pursue
new business opportunities
