Position Overview :

We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Manager with a proven background in ERP sales to help us grow our global client base. This is a remote role, ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for tech-driven business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate qualified leads through Cold Callings, LinkedIn, Email Campaigns, and Professional Networks.
  • Identify and connect with potential clients in international markets.
  • Understand client business processes and pain points to pitch tailored Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to prepare customized proposals.
  • Conduct product presentations and live demos of Odoo ERP features.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities and interactions.

Must-Have Requirements :

  • Must have experience in IT Sales in international markets.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP sales

    (Odoo ERP is preferrable)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B environments.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of business workflows and ERP value proposition.
  • Self-motivated,proactive, and goal-driven personality.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Education: Bachelors degree.
