Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, identify new revenue streams, and expand existing client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Budget Planning and Forecasting: Assist in preparing and managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and analyzing sales performance data to inform business decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business goals, develop strategic partnerships, and enhance overall sales capabilities.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing, or related major).
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
