Job Title: Program Coordinator - Skill Development

We seek an experienced and motivated program coordinator to drive the success of our skill development programs across Odisha.

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of skill training programs at multiple centers, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with project guidelines under DDUGKY, OSDA, and other schemes, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Maintain effective stakeholder relationships, including government departments, local authorities, and training partners, facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Support mobilization, training operations, assessments, certifications, and placements, promoting career growth and development for participants.
  • Monitor center performance through regular site visits and reporting, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic interventions.
  • Assist in documentation, audits, and submission of reports to funding agencies, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial management.
  • Facilitate training and capacity building of field staff and trainers, enhancing their skills and expertise to meet program objectives.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the skill development sector, preferably in managerial or supervisory roles, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related digital tools, with a focus on innovative technology solutions to enhance program efficiency.
  • In-depth understanding of Odisha's regional and administrative landscape, enabling informed decision-making and effective program implementation.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across different districts of the state, with a flexible approach to work assignments and deadlines.
Desirable Attributes:
  • Prior experience with schemes such as DDUGKY, PMKVY, OSDA, ORMAS, etc., demonstrating expertise and adaptability in complex program environments.
  • Fluency in Odia, with working knowledge of English and Hindi, facilitating effective communication with local stakeholders and communities.
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage field teams and deliver results within deadlines, exhibiting strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
