Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

This is a highly responsible role for an experienced professional to oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of central learning and development programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end delivery and governance of central L&D programs
  • Program effectiveness monitoring and learner engagement promotion
  • Internal and external stakeholder management for alignment and success
  • Cross-functional team coordination, vendor collaboration, and subject matter expert liaison
  • Program performance tracking, documentation maintenance, and regular updates provision
  • Strategic L&D initiatives support including capability building, leadership programs, and innovation projects
  • Compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and audit requirements enforcement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and program ownership capabilities
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Attention to detail and project management expertise
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
