Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled professional to spearhead our Partner Program operations. This key role will be responsible for overseeing program structure, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and driving execution across various initiatives.

You'll act as the central coordinator between internal stakeholders, partner managers, and other teams, guaranteeing that program objectives are met on time and with high quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage program trackers, calendars, milestones, and goal updates.
  • Establish and maintain operational rhythms (biweekly syncs, quarterly planning, QBR preparation).
  • Collaborate with Task Stewards and Functional Owners to ensure seamless task execution.
  • Drive cross-functional accountability for deliverables and deadlines.
  • Interface directly with partner centers, CRM systems, and other portals.
  • Manage recurring and event-driven administrative tasks such as data uploads, CRM updates, market listing changes, and submission processing.
  • Compile monthly reports and performance scorecards.
  • Propose enhancements to co-sell tracking, reporting, and operational workflows.
  • Partner with Business Development and Sales Operations to identify growth opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of program management, partner operations, or channel experience.
  • Strong familiarity with partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage complex trackers and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
  • Proficiency with project management tools is a plus.
