Dynamic Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Management professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing strategic school engagement programs in collaboration with partner schools.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute event strategies & activities in schools onboarded with us.
- Design and manage student engagement activities in collaboration with schools.
- Coordinate with internal teams (academic, operations, marketing) and external stakeholders (school authorities, vendors).
- Ensure seamless event operations and execution on the ground.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for school programs.
- Monitor program impact and provide feedback for improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation design skills.
- Hands-on experience in event planning and operations management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
