Program Coordinator for Enterprise Talent Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for a major enterprise talent program.
  • Liaise with the VMS team on requisition intake, clarifications, service level agreements, and escalations.
  • Screen candidates based on essential skills, rate, location, and notice period; conduct brief skills assessments when necessary.
  • Prepare, review, and submit resumes in the vendor management system; verify documentation and ensure audit readiness.
  • Coordinate interviews across time zones; confirm panel arrangements and logistics.
  • Maintain live pipelines, trackers, and weekly reports on submittals, interviews, offers, and starts.
  • Monitor bill-rate/markup compliance and turnaround times; promptly clear blockers.
  • Collaborate with U.S. recruiters and offshore sourcers; facilitate daily stand-up meetings.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in staffing operations, MSP/VMS coordination, or enterprise recruiting coordination.
  • Familiarity with major vendor management systems (e.g., Beeline/Fieldglass) and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday).
  • Strong resume quality control, job description deconstruction, and candidate screening skills.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Clear written and spoken English communication skills; consistent availability during U.S. business hours.
