Investment Manager

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and lender partners to facilitate the placement of debt financing. They will draft and develop client business overviews and Investment Memoranda (IM's), review client financial information, and analyze financial statements. Additionally, they will build and maintain financial models, coordinate lender interactions with clients, and stay abreast of industry trends.

They will also work closely with internal teams, including marketing and investment teams, to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Financial modeling, cash flow, and financial statement analysis.
  • Preparing high-quality marketing, investment, and credit papers with concise synthesis of diverse information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for strong relationship-building.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
