About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to strengthen our client relationships and drive business growth through effective tele-calling strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in outbound and inbound tele-calling to generate leads and build strong client relationships.
- Communicate company products and services clearly to prospective customers, highlighting their value proposition.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of customer information and track interactions for follow-up purposes.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets and optimize sales processes.
- Convert leads into opportunities through exceptional communication and persuasion skills, ensuring seamless customer engagement.
- Provide top-notch after-sales support to foster long-term client retention and satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, and conversions to inform business decisions and strategy.
Requirements:
- Possess a Graduate degree or equivalent experience in a related field, preferably with a background in marketing or finance.
- Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills, fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages, with excellent listening, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Showcase goal-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and ability to work under performance targets, delivering high-quality results.
- Proven knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting, with a customer-centric approach driving all actions.
