About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for providing tailored coaching sessions to business owners and driving sales growth through consultative selling techniques.

The ideal candidate will possess strong one-on-one sales skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions. Experience in delivering coaching or training sessions to business owners is an added advantage.

This role requires 6-8 hours of engagement per day, 6 days a week, which includes conducting one-on-one business coaching and various sales activities to achieve your KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Coaching:
  1. Provide high-quality coaching services to MSME business owners to help them achieve exponential growth.
  • Sales Growth:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Sales Expertise:
  1. Proven track record in selling high-ticket products or services, preferably through consultative selling approaches.
  • Coaching or Training Experience:
  1. Experience in delivering coaching or training sessions to business owners is an added advantage.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Ability to manage nurturing campaigns and drive client engagement effectively.
  • Familiarity with MSME businesses and industries such as manufacturing, services, retail, and more.
