Oracle JD Edwards Finance Support Specialist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our global customer support team as a finance specialist. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to provide expert support for JD Edwards Enterprise One systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional first and second line support to our customers, ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Develop functional solutions based on defined business requirements, collaborating with internal and external resources.
  • Work closely with the applications team and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of application fixes and changes that meet business needs.
  • Proactively manage problems to minimize their impact on customers' businesses.
  • Support junior consultants in developing their skills while contributing to team success by identifying process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years Oracle JD Edwards E1 Finance experience in a support or implementation role, with expertise in all core finance modules including GL, AR, AP. Knowledge of all JD Edwards versions up to and including Enterprise One 9.2 is also required.
